Sign and get your code
Once you're approved, we email you the affiliate agreement. Your code arrives as soon as it's signed.
Share it your way
In a newsletter, a Slack channel, office hours or a post. Founders enter your code at checkout when they start a paid plan. Making a direct intro instead? Email us the founder's details and the referral is yours for 60 days.
Get paid
You earn a one-time referral fee on each founder's first payment, once the refund window has passed. We pay in US dollars within 30 days after the end of each month, with no minimum.

What you earn
A referral fee for every founder who starts a paid plan with your code or through an intro you registered.
Your rate is written into your agreement and stays fixed for the year.

- One fee per founder, on their first payment.
- Earned once the refund window closes. That's 3 days today.
- Paid within 30 days after the end of the month, in US dollars, by ACH or wire, with no minimum.
- Code referrals count when the code is entered at the first payment. Intros count for 60 days from when we confirm them.
- A free account earns nothing until the founder pays, so remind them to use your code when they upgrade.
- A one-year term that renews. Either side can end it with 30 days' notice, and you're still paid on referrals made before it ends.
- Non-exclusive.

Who can apply?
Anyone who works with early-stage founders and has a way to reach them. We read every application.
Does a free signup count?
The fee comes with the founder's first paid payment. Plenty of founders start free, so remind them to enter your code when they upgrade.
What if a founder forgets my code?
Register the intro by emailing partnerships@cherrypitch.ai with their name, email and company. We confirm within 7 business days, and if they start a paid plan within 60 days, the referral is yours.
What if two affiliates send the same founder?
A confirmed intro still inside its 60 days wins. Otherwise the code entered at checkout decides.
Can I refer myself, my team or an existing customer?
No. Founders who have already paid us don't count either.
How do I get paid?
By ACH, wire or the payout platform we name. We need a W-9 or W-8 before your first payout, and statements arrive monthly by email.
Do I sign anything?
Yes. Once you're approved, we email you our referral partner agreement and marketing guidelines.
Can I stop?
Any time, with 30 days' notice. Fees you've already earned are still paid.
Can I use your logo?
Yes. Email us and we'll send the brand kit.
